Mark is the co-owner of Eclectic Well-Being, which he founded with his wife Kathi in 2021 with the shared vision of helping people step into deeper self-discovery and holistic well-being. As a Certified Health and Mindset Coach, Mark specializes in guiding individuals toward lasting health, focusing not only on lifespan, but on health span: living vibrantly, with energy and vitality, for as long as possible.

Mark’s path to coaching is both personal and professional. After struggling with back pain for years, yoga became his lifeline—reducing pain, relieving stress, and inspiring him to earn his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification alongside Kathi while they co-owned a yoga studio in New Jersey. Teaching their popular “Intro to Yoga” series became one of his greatest joys, as he loved welcoming beginners into a practice that had transformed his own life.During the pandemic, Mark deepened his expertise by completing his Precision Nutrition Pn1 certification. Applying the very tools he now teaches, he released over 50 pounds and reclaimed his health—an achievement that fuels his passion for helping others create their own transformation stories.

As co-founder of Eclectic Well-Being and co-host of the DREAM Retreats, Mark brings a grounded, approachable style that balances science-based coaching with genuine compassion. Whether he’s leading a mindful hike, facilitating a wellness workshop, or sharing stories at dinner, Mark encourages participants to honor their bodies, quiet their minds, and embrace sustainable lifestyle shifts.
